Service Description

In this 60 minute virtual assessment, the coaching process will be reviewed and the needs of the client and objectives will be identified. This service will focus on issues with dysfunctional work situations including unhealthy health care teams, processes, relationships and hierarchical layers of management. An emphasis on improving an individuals impact with regard to diversity, equity and inclusion in our daily work and life will be explored.
